When an order is returned due to no fault of Shutter Nutters, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the delivery.
If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of a product being faulty, damaged or different from the description, we will refund the order including the original delivery charges. We will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.
